INGREDIENTS

coconut milk |
160 g | pineapple juice |
Dissolve the gelatine in cold water and warm briefly in a pan with a little pineapple juice.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a whisk.
Strain through Kisag Funnel & Sieve directly into the Kisag Whipper, insert the Kisag Whipper Charger and shake vigorously 8 times.
TIP: Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
