Cane sugar (for caramelising) |
Mix the apple juice, full cream, icing sugar and cinnamon with a whisk and pour directly into the Kisag whipper 0.5L.
Close the whipper tightly, insert 1 Kisag whipper charger and shake vigorously 10 to 15 times.
Slice the apple and use it as a base or decoration.
TIP: sprinkle your apple cream with cane sugar and caramelise lightly with the culinary blowtorch.
