INGREDIENTS
| 200 g | Mascarpone |
| 50 g | icing sugar |
| 200 ml |
cream |
| 100 ml | milk |
Mix all ingredients well and pour into the Kisag whipper. Insert one charger and shake vigorously 8-10 times. Refrigerate until required.
TIP: Serve with meringue or fresh berries instead of cream.
