NITRO TONIC SOUR
FOR THE ISI NITRO 1L
INGREDIENTS
| 100 ml |
woodruff syrup |
| 50 ml |
egg white |
| 50 ml |
lime juice |
| 700 ml | Tonic water |
| 100 ml | gin |
Pour all ingredients through Kisag funnel & sieve into the Nitro. Screw on an iSi Nitro capsule, shake 8 times.
Place the spout on the glass wall at a slight angle, press the lever fully. Ready and now enjoy.
TIP: For a particularly intense taste experience, use a second iSi Nitro Charger.
