For the Nitro Tonic Sour
100 ml woodruff syrup- 50 ml egg white
- 50 ml lime juice
- 700 ml tonic water
- 100 ml gin

Preparation
Pour all ingredients through Kisag funnel & sieve into the Nitro. Screw on an iSi Nitro capsule, shake 8 times. Place the spout on the glass wall at a slight angle, press the lever fully. Ready and now enjoy.
For a particularly intense taste experience, use a second iSi Nitro Charger.
