PHIL'S BLUE CHEESE DIP
POUR 0.5 L WHIPPER
INGREDIENTS

Roquefort or Gorgonzola cheese |
100 g |
sour half cream |
100 g |
natural yoghurt |
50 g |
mayonnaise |
30 g | whole or half cream |
1 g |
grain-free mustard (to taste) |
1 | pinch of salt |
1 | pinch white pepper (finely ground) |
Finely puree all ingredients, refrigerator cold, with a hand blender, pour into the Kisag Whipper, insert a Kisag Whipper Charger and shake vigorously 8-10 times ‒ done!
Does not need to be sieved.
