The all-rounder – for warm and cold creations

Kisag Whipper PROFESSIONAL: Bringing variety to the kitchen. The Whipper PROFESSIONAL is one of the most versatile cream dispensers in Kisag's range. The all-rounder allows you to prepare warm and cold dishes such as cream soups, sauces, mousses and espumas. And all this with absolutely no stress, and no last-minute preparation: You can take your time to prepare your foam creations, and add them to the Kisag Whipper PROFESSIONAL plenty of time before consumption. If the contents are to be eaten cold, simply place the whipper and its contents in the fridge. If you are preparing sauces and soups and wish to store them in the Whipper PROFESSIONAL, the device can be placed in a bain-marie at a temperature of up to 75 °C. This keeps the contents warm until it’s time to serve.

The bottle itself, the top, and one of the three serving nozzles are made entirely of brushed stainless steel and can be washed in the dishwasher. The temperature-resistant silicone seal can easily be removed by the flap for more thorough cleaning. The top is also coated in a non-slip silicone layer so you can hold and operate the whipper even with wet hands.

Whether at home or in the catering industry: The Kisag Whipper PROFESSIONAL encourages culinary experimentation and is available in two sizes. For the 1 L model, you need two whipper chargers per filling, for the 0.5 L model, one is enough.
