INGREDIENTS

ginger beer |
20 ml |
lemon balm syrup |

organic lime |
1 | sprig mint |
Wash the mint and the lime. Dice one half of the lime finely and extract the juice from the other half.
Place all ingredients in the iSi Twist’n Sparkle and carbonate with one iSi soda charger.
Wait two minutes before opening.
Please pay attention to the recommended filling quantities: 950 ml for pure water and 720 ml for all
other liquids.
TIP: for extra fizz, chill the liquid before carbonating it.
