This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit the Kisag AG website or our online shop or contact Kisag in any other way. 3. For what purpose does Kisag collect personal data?
Kisag processes personal data for various purposes. Personal contact details, for example, are collected or processed to respond to enquiries, to support the purchase of products or services from the online shop, to provide a functioning website, for social media interaction, participation in surveys or competitions, and for job applications.
Communication
If you contact us with an enquiry (by e-mail, telephone or via the contact form), your details will be recorded, but only for the purpose of the processing of the specific enquiry within Kisag and will not be stored. If you place an order, your contact details will be stored.
Purchases from the online shop
When purchasing goods or services from the online shop, personal data will be stored and processed for the purpose of order processing, shipping or invoicing. Invoicing is via a third party, to whom your personal data will be disclosed. Your personal data will also be used to obtain credit reports. If you set up a customer account in the online shop, Kisag will be able to see your purchasing behaviour. You also have the option of ordering as a guest without any saving of your order history.
Technical necessity
When connecting to our website, information is exchanged between your browser and our server (access data or log files). This information includes the date and time of your visit, the HTTP status of the request, the browser you are using, the browser version and browser settings, the volume of data transmitted and the requesting IP address. This information is necessary to establish the connection.
This access data is stored on the server in encrypted form and is automatically recorded and evaluated statistically (by the programs AWStats and ReportMagic). The statistics collected are used to improve the website. The IP address encryption means that it cannot be traced back to you personally.
Job applications
If you apply for a job at Kisag by e-mail, your personal data will be processed and stored until the vacancy has been filled. The data will only be processed for the application in question and in accordance with your provided consent.
4. Who has access to your personal data and for how long is it stored by Kisag?
Kisag employees will only have access to your personal data if necessary for the purposes mentioned.
