Heat the cream and pour it over the finely chopped chocolate to melt it. Store in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Place one capsule in the Kisag siphon and shake vigorously 8 to 10 times.
TIP: Add a dash of rum, cognac or orange essence to taste. Can be made with different chocolate. A delicious accompaniment to pear compote or brownies.
