With the narrow gap between its sharp blades, the classic peeler is ideal for particularly fine peeling. It is great for peeling potatoes and cucumbers, as well as rhubarb and apples. At the same time, the piece of fruit or the vegetable is peeled so that apart from the peel, as much of it remains as intact as possible.
