QUADRO grill pan: barbecue in any weather

Fancy a juicy steak, but don’t have a barbecue area or a big enough balcony, or perhaps the weather isn’t playing along? No problem! With the QUADRO grill pan, any time can be BBQ time.

The square grill pan sits neatly on top of the Rechaud LongFire, offers plenty of space for whatever it is you want to cook and is the summer alternative to fondue or raclette. Made using the aluminium die casting process, its varying base thicknesses optimally distribute the heat for uniform, gentle frying. The 2-layer non-stick coating from the Swiss specialist ILAG®is particularly robust and has a long-lasting non-stick effect, meaning that vegetables, fish, steak etc. can be prepared low in fat. With its grooved base, the pan makes the typical grill marks on your food and imbues it with a tasty smoky flavour. The narrow sides not only keep the heat on the pan surface, but prevent excess liquid from leaking out and dripping.

PLEASE NOTE: The handles become very hot during use and should therefore only be handled with oven gloves or heat-resistant pads. Aggressive detergents can shorten the life of the grill pan. To protect the pan coating, we recommend cleaning by hand and not using sharp objects.
